Director, Hylton Dayes

The 2003 C-USA "Coach of the Year" will be entering his 12th season as head coach of the Bearcats and camp director. He has served as a head coach for 21 seasons, during which time he has compiled a 189-174-49 record. His 2006 season was arguably the best season in UC's history finishing as champions of the Big East Red Division and earning an at large berth in the NCAA tournament.

Coach Dayes is accredited with the NSCAA Advanced National Coaching diploma, the USSF National "A" license and is a member of the NSCAA National Academy Coaching Staff. Prior to joining the coaching ranks, Dayes enjoyed a distinguished playing career at Wright State from 1982-1985. A four-time All-Mideast, All-Ohio and team MVP selection, Dayes is the only athlete in school history to be named an All-American all four years of his career.

Assistant Director, Daniel Ensley

Daniel Ensley is in his fourth season with UC and his second as associate head coach. Before joining UC, he was an assistant coach at Duke University leading the Blue Devils to the 2004 College Cup and an 18-6-0 overall record. Prior to his time at Duke, he guided his alma mater, James Madison University, to two NCAA Tournament Births (2000, 2001) and a CAA Regular Season Title in 2000.

Camp Coordinator, Matt Cosinuke

Matt Cosinuke comes to UC after two seasons at Dartmouth, where he coached under former Bearcats head coach Jeff Cook and alongside former Bearcats letter winner Johan Cedergren. He helped the Big Green to back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances and trip to the Sweet 16 in 2010. Cosinuke holds the Advanced National Goalkeeping License from the NSCAA.
