Q. What items should campers bring to camp?
A. Each camper will receive a complimentary soccer ball. All campers must
bring proper playing equipment: cleats, shinguards, extra socks/t-shirts,
sunscreen, etc.
Q. What coaches will be present at the camps?
A. In addition to the SCSA Select coaching staff, the camp will feature
top college coaches, current and former professional players and college
standouts to ensure the development of each camper. Members of the University of Cincinnati coaching staffs and men's and women's teams will be present and will interact
directly with the campers throughout the weeks.
Q. Do you offer discounts to campers who can only
attend certain days of the week?
A. Due to the cost of soccer balls, training facilities, trainers and
medical staff we cannot offer any prorated fees based on days of participation.
Q. Does the camp offer specialized goalkeeper training?
A. Yes, specialized goalkeeper train¬ing will be conducted during the
week of camp for ages 8 - 12. Quality staff members will introduce basic
goalkeeper techniques as well as provide valuable match experience during
day camps.
Q. What medical supervision and coverage is available
during the camp?
A. Qualified athletic trainers will be on duty through the duration of
the camps to care for minor injuries, sickness, and to ensure that all
campers receive proper rest and hydration.

Q. Where do I register upon arrival for Day, Mini
and Team Camp?
A. Please come to the Amelia Training Facility undre the main check in
tent and check-in with our staff. Registration begins one hour prior to
the start of camp on first day.
Q. Is on-site registration available on the first
day of camp?
A. Registration will remain open until each camp reaches full capacity.
We are happy to take walk-up registrations on the first day of each respective
camp. Please call or email us to check space availability if you are planning
to register on-site.
Q: What about the pizza party!?!
A: The Pizza Party will be on Thursday, July 24 at the end of
camp. Each camper will get two slices of either cheese or pepperoni
pizza and a fruit drink.
Q: Directions to the complex?
A: From Anderson Township, take Clough Pike all the way to the training
center - it is 5.8 miles from the intersection of Clough and 8 Mile
Road. (Once you pass the stop sign at Shayler Rd, you must take a left
.3 miles further to stay on Clough. There is a small sign indicating that
Clough turns left, but you have to watch for it.)
From 275, exit onto Route 32 East. Go 3.2 miles (past
the Jeff Wyler car dealership on the right) and exit at the Olive Branch
Stonelick Road. Go down the ramp and take a right at the stop sign. Go
.7 miles to the end. At the stop sign go left onto old State Route 74
for .1 mile. Take a right onto Amelia Olive Branch Road. Stay on this
road for 1/6 miles to the next light, Clough Pike. Go left onto Clough,
and take the first right into the parking lot.
